Precious to our Mediterranean tradition and our cultural origins, this fruit and its plant are the protagonists of many narratives that, over time, have taken on a “mythological” value.

The extra fig jam is a triumph of aromas and flavors. The figs come directly from our fig grove. We personally take care of the harvest and selection. Each fig is cleaned and peeled completely by hand.

Thanks to the percentage of fruit and the right amount of sugar, there is no need to add gelling agents or pectin or preservatives.

Our “Mito” is perfect for breakfast or dessert. It is excellent for aperitifs, paired with fresh or aged cheeses.
